Life of Prophet Muhammad PBUH as an Entrepreneur. If we go through the biography of the Last Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), we will find that he was not only a philosopher, warrior, a leader and a great influential person in the history of the world, but very rarely, a few know that Muhammad (PBUH) led a life of a successful entrepreneur and a successful leader. That is why, he should not only be respected as a religious leader and head of state, but should also be appreciated as a merchant who had a range of business network, market share and extensive customers on the basis that his entrepreneurship period of nearly 25 years is relatively longer than his prophetic period of 23 years. He not only emphasized the importance of ethics in business but also involved directly in business activities.
He had implemented management values in life and business practices. He had been very well versed in managing processes, transactions, and business relationships with all elements of the business as well as those who look at it.
He was a merchant who was honest and fair in making a business agreement. He would never make customers complain. He often keep its promise and hand over the goods in a timely message. He always showed a great sense of responsibility and high integrity with anyone. His reputation as an honest merchant and really has been widely known since he was young.
The basics of ethics and management of the business, has received religious legitimacy after he was appointed as the Prophet. The principles of business ethics who inherited increasingly justified academically at the end of the 20th century or the beginning of the 21st century. Principles of modern business, such as customer objectives and customer satisfaction (customer satisfaction), superior service (Service Excellence), competence, efficiency, transparency, fair competition and competitive, everything has become a picture of personal and business ethics Muhammad when he was younger.
